Name of Business Firm
Enter the name of the business firm which shall be used to sell products and services on GeM Portal.

Owners Aadhaar or PAN Number
Here in this column you can enter your Aadhaar Number or PAN Number.
Date of Birth
In this field you have to enter your Date of Birth or the D.O.B of the Authorized Signatory (In the case of Company)
Email ID
Enter your email id that you want to register with the GEM Portal. You will also receive the OTP on this email id from GEM Portal.
Account Holder Name
Enter your name as per your bank account.
Account Number
In this field you have to enter your bank account number. On this same account you will receive your money.
IFSC Code
Enter your IFSC Code as per the bank passbook or cheque.
Do You File Income Tax Return
Here you have to select the option of Income Tax Filing. Select Yes if you file income tax return or No if you don’t file.
Do You Want to Take Participate in Government Bids?
Here you have to select the option of taking participation in the government bids.

Step-1
First of all you have to submit your application form for the GEM Registration Online and make the payment to start the process.
Step-2

L1 purchase enables buyers on gem to purchase orders between Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 500000/-. L1 means the lowest bid or the quotation.
Is Income Tax Return mandatory for GeM Registration?
Income Tax Returns is mandatory option for the business who are incorporated 24 months ago. ITR is not mandatory for GeM Registration if your business registration date is below 24 months.
